Cancellations & Order Changes
Gift orders often move quickly from confirmation to packing. Please request any cancellation or change as early as possible.
Before Packing
Ready-product orders may be cancelled or changed before packing, dispatch, or customisation begins.
If the order is cancelled before work starts, eligible payment refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
After Customisation Starts
Custom gift boxes, handwritten notes, personalised cards, or special packaging may not be cancellable once customisation or packing has started.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot usually be cancelled after courier dispatch. If delivery fails or the parcel is returned, reverse shipping or handling charges may apply.
