Information We Collect

We may collect customer name, phone number, email, shipping address, pincode, order details, gift notes, budget preferences, and support messages.

For TITLI Rewards, email is required for one-time-code login. Name, birthday month, gift vibe, and marketing preference are optional profile details. We do not ask for a Rewards PIN or full date of birth.

Rewards Login & Security

Rewards identity is verified by our managed authentication provider. Profile and points records are held in a server-side database, and login sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies that website scripts cannot read.

Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited browser, device, network, and interaction signals to distinguish people from automated abuse before a login code is sent. Its short-lived verification token is used only for this security check.

Customers cannot directly edit their points balance. Points are recorded as server-controlled transactions linked to eligible TITLI activity.

Payments

Online payments are handled through Razorpay. TITLI does not store card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet credentials on this website.

How Data Is Used

Customer details may be used to confirm orders, prepare gift boxes, arrange delivery, handle returns/replacements, provide Rewards membership, send requested login codes or support updates, and improve product planning.

Optional Marketing Measurement

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API stay off unless you accept marketing measurement in the website privacy choice. If accepted, TITLI may measure page views, product views, cart activity, checkout starts, and verified purchases.

Measurement may include the page URL, campaign tags, Meta browser or click identifiers, device and network details, product IDs, quantities, and order value. For a verified purchase, contact details such as email, phone, name, city, pincode, and country are normalised and SHA-256 hashed before server delivery to Meta. Payment credentials are never sent.

The browser and server use the same purchase event ID so Meta can deduplicate the event. Rejecting measurement does not block shopping, payment, order tracking, or Rewards. You can reopen Privacy choices from the fixed button on any public page.

Data Sharing

Information may be processed by authentication, hosting, email, payment, courier, packaging, support, or consented marketing-measurement providers only when needed to operate TITLI services, complete an order, measure advertising, protect the service, or comply with law.

Your Choices & Retention

Marketing messages are optional and can be switched off from the Rewards profile. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion through the Contact Support page.

We keep account and order information only while needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal and accounting requirements.
