By using the TITLI website or placing an order, customers agree to the store terms below.
Product Information
Product images, colours, packaging, sizes, and combinations may vary slightly due to lighting, availability, screen settings, and handcrafted/custom packaging choices.
Product photos show the listed item as accurately as possible. Props, styling elements, gift-box contents, and packaging are included only when stated in the product description or order confirmation.
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. If an item is unavailable, TITLI may contact the customer with replacement options or a refund/store-credit option.
Pricing & Offers
Prices, discounts, rewards, and sale offers may change without prior notice. Any confirmed order price will be honoured unless there is a clear technical or listing error.
TITLI Rewards
Rewards membership is free and uses a verified email account. New members receive 25 welcome points once. Completing the name, birthday month, and gift-vibe profile earns 10 points once. A birthday-month reward of 40 points may be credited once per year.
Delivered orders earn 1 point for every ₹10 of paid product value after discounts. Shipping does not earn points. Social, Collab, and referral points require TITLI verification under the earning table shown on the Rewards page.
Redemption tiers are 100 points for ₹25 off a minimum ₹299 product cart, 200 points for ₹50 off a minimum ₹599 product cart, and 400 points for ₹100 off a minimum ₹1,199 product cart. An order may use either points or an offer code, not both.
Each point expires 90 days after it is earned, and the oldest eligible points are used first. Cancelled orders restore redeemed points with their original expiry and reverse points earned from that order.
Points are non-transferable and may be added, reversed, corrected, expired, or withheld for refunds, cancelled orders, duplicate accounts, abuse, fraud, or technical error. Customers cannot create or change points directly.
TITLI may update or end a Rewards offer, but confirmed eligible activity already recorded in the account will be handled fairly under the terms shown when it was earned.
Use Of Website
Customers should not misuse the website, attempt fraudulent payments, tamper with cart prices, copy brand assets, or place orders with false details.
